Well, here we go

I am the type of person who dreams big. I just never dreamed I would be what was big. I am heavier than I have ever been in my life. I am 34 years old, the mother of 3 beautiful children, and not comfortable in my own skin. I amd 5'4" and 180lbs. I want to be healthier. I want to be stronger. I want to be more like me than I have been in a long time. I just recently lost my mother unexpectedly and reality walked up and slapped me right in the face. I want to be here for my kids. I want to see them grow up to strong, healthy, wealthy and wise. Did I mention wealthy?(my retirement plan you see) As with most of the overweight people it is will power that is my down fall. I know with the great group of people that have come together for this I will have all the help and encourgament that I need. On with the journey...
