Our Race to the Great Race
Ok...so...the weather forecast for the day of the sledding outing is BITTER COLD. Like, really really not fun in snow cold.
Any ideas for alternate, indoor stuff we could do? Bowling, meet at someone's house for some cards, or wii, or rock band....anything like that? Maybe just have a good old fashioned dinner party? Anyone? Bueller?

Right now, we're a group of people that probably shouldn't be going anywhere near this kind of event. But it's our goal. The Great Race, 2010. We are going to share our training, eating, and life experiences with you as we struggle, fail, and triumph our way toward completing next year's Great Race.
I like the idea of hanging out at someone's house. It's cheap.
And I just remembered!!! I have Dance Dance Revolution for the Wii!! I can't believe I forgot that. We used to have it for the PS2 and got the one for the Wii to consolidate systems. Well, it's been out of sight, so out of mind. It's still in the box.
Have you ever tried that? It's great! Especially with a bunch of people with no rhythm or balance! I have one dance pad, but I would definitely buy another just so we could have a dance off. Plus it's great exercise for the girls Wii fit club next week. Even if we can only play one at a time, it goes quick and it's so funny! Awesome way to work up a sweat.
What does everyone think? I need everyone to chime in on this. We could move it to a little later in the day, too, if that helps.
