Cardio Exercises
Exercise: 
Couch 2 5k, Week 3 Day 2

Notes: 
The last 3 minutes of this was really tough. Probably just really tired. Getting used to doing this in the mornings.
Exercise: 
Men's League Basketball Game
Time:

Notes: 
Might have been more than 20, I'm not sure. I played pretty well on defense, with 3 blocks, but had a turnover and missed a bunny on offense.
Notes For the Day/Eating Notes: 
Got up in the morning again. Felt pretty good about it.
