For the past several years, I have been searching for a way to keep up with the grocery list.. you know, that item that everyone talks about, and usually forgets on the trip to the store....or forgets an item that we need from the store because we forgot to write it on the list...
Exercise
I've been getting together wtih the girls to exercise. We've been doing some cardio, some belly dance... fun stuff that is getting us moving. When you haven't moved in ages, besides to the fridge and back, it creates some hurt in the muscles. I expected this, but one place I didn't expect was my hip.

How I am changing what I know to what I do.
I recently read a quote that really had me thinking. "Happy people plan actions, they do not plan results". I know where I want to be but I have to be realistic about it. You don't go from the very bottom to the top with one leap.
